| Mission (purpose, niche) | Christian Adult Higher Education Association (CAHEA), founded in 1994, began with a group of adult degree program administrators from Christian colleges to discuss issues and problems unique to Christian non-traditional higher education programs. The mission of CAHEA is to advance the cause of Christ by promoting, supporting, and nurturing alternative delivery methods for offering distinctively Christian post-secondary education designed for adult learners.
