Fairness for All (FFA) Legislation and Christian Colleges: Pros & Cons

Is Fairness for All (FFA) Legislation good or bad for Christian higher education?

Is Fairness for All (FFA) Legislation good or bad for Christian higher education?

Where are the dead ends in this labyrinth?  Where are the landmines?  Is Fairness for All (FFA) Legislation good or bad for Christian higher education institutions?

To help you think through these issues, we are providing two articles on this subject: one pro and one con. I have great respect for both authors. The first article is by Shapri D. LoMaglio. She serves as the vice president for government & external relations at the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU).  Her opinion is that these laws are a positive development.

The second article is by Christen Price. She serves on the Religious Schools Team at the Alliance Defending Freedom. Her opinion is that these laws are a danger.

What is your opinion?  After the articles, you have the option to leave a reply.  Your insightful comments can be helpful to the rest of us.
